Those politicians have to learn that THEY WORK FOR US, and it is NOT the other way around, and it's also time that the Canadian PEOPLE started to stand up for themselves, and their fellow citizens as well! Our government is only doing what they honestly beklieve we will alow them to get away with, and since they've been doing this for so long now without any meaningful opposition from the people, they keep stretching their boundaries further and further. Today, they just reached the breaking point by surrendering Canadian Sovereignty to the US Drug Enforcement Agency. Canada is NOT the property of the US Government, nor have the Canadian peopple any intention to sell our country to them, or to have it "given away in our names" by people who don't care a lick about common sense, morality or even the simple truths of the matter at hand. Canadian Citizens are NOT the property of the US Government, nor of the Canadian government for that matter, and are not to be used as political pawns in some idiotic Orwellian game, either. It's time for Canadians to start protecting ourselves, and in order to do that, we need to band together to protect one of our own who needs our help TODAY! If they get away with effectively "legally murdering" Marc Emery for political reasons today, what's to say that it won't be you or me next week? WE CAN NOT LET THESE CRIMINALS IN OUR GOVERNMENT GET AWAY WITH THIS! Note: Bill S-10 is the precursor to the creation of a prison-industrial complex in Canada, even as the originator--the United States--is finding that their system is failing dismally! Why do Canadian politicians always see something not working in the US and then say "Hey! It'll work in Canada! We're different!" We're not so different...but at least in the US, they've got guns when criminals come knocking at THEIR doors, so they at least stand a chance!
